Your LA Winds and the Westlake Village Symphony share the stage at the elegantly renovated Fred Kavli Theater in Thousand Oaks in our “Tchaikovsky Spectacular and Stars of the Future” concert featuring dozens of gifted student musicians in an inspiring afternoon supporting music in our schools.

Repertoire Includes: Tchaikovsky, Romeo and Juliet; de Meij, Extreme Makeover performed by the LA Winds and Tchaikovsky, Swan Lake Suite and Marche Slav performed by the Westlake Village Symphony.; plus approximately 4 various Grade 2, 3, 4 works with School Musicians and Guest conductors.

Musician Schedule:

  • 11AM – Noon: Sound check with Middle School Students (if time, also Extreme Make-Over)
  • 12:15PM: Pizza lunch for all (2nd half) musicians | Westlake Symphony Sound check
  • 2:30PM: Concert begins – Westlake Symphony plays first
