- 10-10:30am: Backline delivered (percussion instruments arrive by 10:30am)
- 11:30am: Sound Check (Rhapsody in Blue & Lincolnshire Posey) (1st half performers)
- 12:00 Noon: 2nd half only performers enter stage while those playing both halfs break for 10 minutes
- 12:10pm: Remember the Deadeyes rehearsal w/video (2nd half performers)
- 12:30 – 1:15pm: Saxophone solo pieces (2nd half performers)
- 1:00 – 1:10pm: American Salute (2nd half performers)
- 1:30pm: lobby opens
- 2:00pm: doors open for seating
- 2:30pm: Performance begins
