Annual Dinner Concert to help our American Veterans. This fun-filled Tex-Mex Barbeque takes place at the spacious Corbin Avenue picnic area of the Disabled American Veterans Hall on June 7th at 6PM. The LA Winds will be joined by Flight 584 Jazz Band to provide the musical entertainment.

The LA Winds will share the concert stage with the the Valley’s own San Fernando Valley Master Chorale as we perform three choral/instrumental classics: “The Battle on the Ice” from Prokofiev’s “Alexander Nevsky”, Rachmaninoff’s “Vespers” and Tchaikovsky’s thrilling “1812 Overture”. Choral and instrumental selections by Kozhevnikov and Shostakovich will also be featured in this dazzling afternoon of musical delights.

Please help us to support the West Valley Food Pantry by bringing two (non-perishable) food items and a friend with two items as well.

Maestro James Domine of the San Fernando Valley Symphony joins us as he performs the world premiere of his concerto for Guitar and Concert Band plus outstanding soloists from the LA Winds will perform. We’ll also reprise our hugely successful and inspiring LA Winds music educator and conductor “Stars” for this performance! Come support music in our schools!
