Join us for your LA Winds’ first concert of what promises to be an exciting New Year as we feature some of our brightest stars: LA Winds composers Kristen Hirlinger and Lauren Keber, conductors Charles Fernandez, Michael Armstrong, Brian O’Connor and David Hernandez as well as soloists Caryn Rasmussen and Greg Anderson. We’ll bookend our multi-faceted program with two iconic works from the classic Symphonic Band repertoire including James Barnes’ virtuosic “Fantasy Variations on a Theme of Paganini” — conducted by Maestro Piazza.
